From Al Uhla to Riyadh10.09.2007
Sorry for the delay of updating the news on this blog. We were so bizy, the temparature was high so I now start putting the pictures on the web again, now as we have reached the capital city. I didnt know that Saudi Arabia has such beautiful places to see like Al Ulah. It reminds me very much of Petra in Jordan. Also here the Nabateans dug out caves in the rocks. Also the old railway line from Damaskus to Medina left an old raiway station in the middle of the desert. Saudi Arabia is definitly worth a visit.
